Protection of personal data

The personal data provided through this form will be processed by Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Fundación Bancaria – Bilbao Bizkaia Kutxa Banku Fundazioa and BBK Fundazioa, (both BBK), as controllers of the processing, with TIC G-48412720 and G-48644371, respectively and address on Gran Vía 19-21, 48001 Bilbao, for the purpose of sending you informative communications about BBK corresponding to the selected interests, through any of the means of contact provided, including e-mail. The identification, contact and socio-demographic data that you have provided on the form will be processed for this purpose.
The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is your consent expressed at the time of sending your subscription request. The data will be processed indefinitely until you withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your data. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations.
We inform you that informative communications will be sent through the HubSpot, Inc tool whose servers are located in the United States, a country whose legislation does not offer an equivalent level of data protection to Europe; however, adequate data protection guarantees are provided by signing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914/).
The tool used for sending informative communications by email may include links and tiny, transparent images that would be associated with your email address. Thus, when you download one of these images or access the links contained in the email, BBK could know for statistical purposes if the mail has been opened or if any link has been accessed from this email. In such cases, you may prevent these uses by configuring your email manager or programme to prevent the automated downloading of images, as well as by not accessing the links included in the emails you receive.
In addition, if you voluntarily provide us with personal data that is not indicated as mandatory by means of an asterisk (*), we will process your data for the purpose of conducting internal statistical studies. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is your consent expressed at the time you fill out those data.
Your data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely until you exercise your rights to object, delete or withdraw your consent.
At any time, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, limitation, portability or withdraw your consent by post to the address indicated or by e-mail to protecciondedatos@bbk.eus, providing sufficient proof of your identity and giving substance to your request. If you consider that your right to data protection has been breached, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
