We are committed to a cohesive and participatory society where all people have access to resources and opportunities that improve their quality of life.

The BBK Banking Foundation promotes programmes that strengthen the well-being and integration of all people, regardless of their age, status or social situation. From supporting families to the inclusion of older people and promoting employment for vulnerable groups, our goal is to build a more just and equal territory.

We work to improve the quality of life of all people in Euskadi, favouring the integration and well-being of the non-active population or at risk of exclusion. Through social, cultural and labour activities, we promote coexistence and equal opportunities.

We provide means and tools that enable people to develop a full life, encouraging their active participation in society. We believe in the right of all people to contribute and be part of the social fabric.

We promote activities that enable older people to continue learning, participating and enjoying their surroundings. We organize active retirement workshops, cultural meetings and training in digital skills to strengthen their autonomy and well-being.

We accompany the families of Bizkaia in their processes of upbringing and development, offering psychological support and education. We work with social organizations to facilitate access to employment for people with disabilities and improve the reconciliation of family and work.
