The vision

The power of art and culture as a driver of social transformation. Ensuring access to a diverse, innovative and quality cultural offer.

We make culture a tool of cohesion and expression, facilitating access to art and creativity without economic, social or physical barriers. We promote cultural diversity in Bizkaia, support emerging artists and consolidate spaces where music, theatre, literature and the performing arts come to life to enrich society.

Art and culture are powerful tools for social transformation. We encourage citizen participation and equitable access to culture, promoting spaces and experiences that strengthen social cohesion, critical thinking and diversity.

We are committed to creativity as a driver of change. We support emerging artists and innovative projects that explore new forms of expression, combining tradition and avant-garde. We drive initiatives that connect art with technology, sustainability and experimentation.

We defend the Basque language and culture as a fundamental part of our identity. We promote its use and dissemination in cultural programming, giving visibility to local creators and supporting initiatives that preserve and projects the Basque language in all its artistic manifestations.

We collaborate with key cultural institutions to strengthen the artistic ecosystem of Bizkaia. We support spaces and festivals that broaden access to culture, facilitate the production and exhibition of new proposals, and work so that art reaches every corner of the territory.
