The vision

We foster inclusive economic growth by connecting talent, training and resources. We work to ensure that all people have access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The BBK Banking Foundation is committed to transforming employment and entrepreneurship in Bizkaia, providing specialized training, support for entrepreneurs and strategies for economic development with social impact. Through training programmes, incubators and startup accelerators as well as employment scholarships, we generate opportunities for young people, unemployed people and professionals in the process of reinvention.

We encourage entrepreneurship with positive impact, supporting entrepreneurs and social or environmental startups through incubators, accelerators, mentoring and funding. We drive projects that combine innovation and sustainability to transform society from entrepreneurship.

We facilitate access to highly demanded digital and professional skills in the labour market. Through training programmes, scholarships and mentoring, we help unemployed people and young people to find quality employment and adapt to changes in the sector.

We support small businesses and the local economy through initiatives that promote digitalization, sustainability and the competitiveness of local businesses. We work to strengthen the commercial fabric of Bizkaia with innovative tools and specialized training.

We generate studies and analyses on employment and entrepreneurship in Bizkaia, identifying trends and opportunities for economic development. We rely on data-driven decision making to design effective strategies for inclusive employment and sustainable growth.
