Julieta Reynoso, Head of Employability at BBK Bootcamps, highlights the Crew Challenge (Desafío de Tripulaciones) as one of the most enriching experiences of the program, as it allows students to put into practice everything they have learned during the bootcamp by tackling a real, collaborative challenge.

In this thirteenth edition, the challenge was developed in collaboration with Inetum. Participants from the Data Science, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing, and Full Stack Web Development specialties worked with GeoEuskadi’s datasets to develop innovative web application solutions that make discovering Euskadi much easier.

“This test is highly important, not only to provide a very practical, grounded view of all the learning they have experienced during the bootcamp, but also to understand how to work across different verticals, how to communicate, and how to solve a common problem from different perspectives,” Julieta explains.

The Bootcamps program drives the development of digital talent through practical training connected to the needs of the labor market. Initiatives like the Crew Challenge enable participants to develop both their technical knowledge and the key competencies required to face the challenges of the professional environment.
