The Hidden Pathways of Technology

Get ready to discover the hidden pathways inside machines. In this session, children will explore simple images of circuits and learn that many technological devices contain pathways that connect different parts together.

Each participant will receive a template featuring different pathways. Using coloured yarn, they will carefully trace and cover the lines, connecting the various elements in the picture.

During the activity, we will observe how some lines are straight, others are curved, and some change direction. We will also discover that these connections allow different parts of a machine to work together.

This activity develops hand-eye coordination, concentration and spatial awareness through a creative, hands-on introduction to the world of circuits.
