Painting with Digital Shapes

Get ready to become a digital artist without using a screen. In this session, children will create technology-inspired artworks using paint and a variety of geometric shapes.

Using sponge stamps cut into squares, circles, triangles and rectangles, they will print patterns onto paper to freely create machines, characters, screens and technology-inspired landscapes.

During the activity, we will discover how the same shapes can be combined in many different ways to create entirely new designs.

This activity encourages shape recognition, hand-eye coordination and artistic expression through a creative and hands-on visual exploration.
