Applications now open for a new edition of Bootcamps to boost digital talent and tech employment

bbk-bootcamps

With the goal of training local talent and responding to the real needs of tech companies in Bizkaia, BBK—in collaboration with Lanbide and The Bridge—is launching a new call for Bootcamps, our intensive training program.

Since its launch in 2018, more than 700 people have trained through this program, which has achieved an employment rate of over 80% six months after completion. If you are looking to pivot your professional career or specialize in one of the most in-demand profiles in the market, registrations for this 14th edition will remain open from July 14th to September 25th.

Four Specializations Adapted to Today’s Market

With a duration of 12 weeks, the program offers an intensive, hands-on learning model tailored to professional reality. As in previous editions, the training offer includes 4 specialized courses:

  • Web Development with AI: Acquire the necessary knowledge to build the structure of a website or web app and deploy it on the web. In this Full Stack Web Development course, you will learn today’s most in-demand technologies and programming languages from scratch.

  • Cybersecurity: Specialize in protecting digital infrastructures and acquire the necessary skills to prevent, detect, and respond to cyberattacks in business environments.

  • Data Science & AI: Learn the most advanced data analysis techniques using Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. You will learn to program and deploy artificial intelligence models that facilitate decision-making both within and outside the company.

  • Digital Marketing & AI: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Branding, Content Marketing, SEO/SEM, E-commerce, Paid & Social Ads, and Growth Hacking, integrating artificial intelligence to boost the performance of marketing campaigns.

Beyond technical knowledge, the program fosters competencies such as adaptability, continuous learning, and problem-solving—skills that are increasingly in demand in a constantly evolving technological environment.

The impact of this program is direct: it is a demanding, high-level technical training that opens the doors to a community and a living ecosystem of knowledge and collaboration among students, companies, and industry professionals.

100% Subsidized Training: Admission Requirements

With the goal of boosting employment and opening doors to the sector for those who need it most, this training is 100% subsidized by BBK and Lanbide for the Basque Country.

To apply for one of the fully subsidized spots available in our Bootcamps, applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Be currently unemployed and registered with Lanbide.

  • Be over 18 years old.

  • Have completed High School (Bachillerato) or a Higher Level Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).

  • Have a valid work permit in Spain.

How to Register

The registration period for this new edition will begin on July 14th and close on September 25th. Interested candidates can find all the information about the program at https://bbkbootcamps.thebridge.tech/

Extensive prior experience in the tech sector is not required; the selection process will highly value motivation and the potential to learn and adapt to technological changes.

Commitment to Local Talent and Quality Employment

With this new call, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering quality employment, continuous training, the creation of job opportunities in strategic sectors, and the retention of local talent. This program serves as the ultimate catalyst for those seeking a career change, directly connecting their talent with the actual needs of businesses and turning digital training into a real tool for building the future of Bizkaia.
