One of the things that surprised us about the program was realizing that 20% of actions actually produce 80% of the results.

Kuvu was born with the purpose of responding to two major social challenges of our time: facilitating access to housing and combating unwanted loneliness. Led by Eduardo Fierro, the initiative transforms spare rooms into shared homes, connecting people from different generations through a safe cohousing model based on compatibility criteria, professional guidance, and continuous follow-up.

More than just a housing platform, Kuvu focuses on building bonds, well-being, and new opportunities for those who share a home. This proposal proves that innovation also consists of creating simple, human solutions to meet real needs.

Its impact and transformative potential led Kuvu to become one of the five finalist startups of the third edition of Arin and to secure first prize in the acceleration program. This recognition highlighted its capacity to generate a triple economic, social, and environmental impact, providing a major boost to keep growing and expanding the scope of the project.

Thanks to Arin’s support, Kuvu reinforced its growth strategy, accelerated the development of its business model, and consolidated an initiative that continues to show that sharing a home can also be a way to build community.

Kuvu’s story reflects how purposeful entrepreneurship can become a tool to transform society, a commitment to connecting people, generating well-being, and building a more inclusive future through collaboration and coexistence.
